IMO, it's going to be tough to circumvent the ideas of e.Digital with regard to data structure/support and portability. This is the heart that allows all.

445/108 being pulled "with prejudice" from the Samsung case, has to mean something.

I keep asking myself, why? There is something up with agreeing to it, because we did not have to give up our rights to pursue them in the future.

They're up to something, and you can bet the rest of the industry is watching for the reasons of those two simple words.
