Well, the Power Point presentation that had the one slide that showed, or "accidentily" showed Nokia and Sony may have been an over sight too, IMO.

I tend to assume this because EDIG's General Counsel was present (one Man) and he was introduced at the meeting. I would also assume he, the attorney, previewed the PPP and either missed the issue or felt it was OK...who really knows?

Whether it was on purpose or a flub, the 50+ share holders present are smart enough to figure out these two fit the picture as possible infringers anyway. Heck, many of us have posted names of who will or may be on the next list.

When this slide popped up, RP caught it and told Pat to move to the next one. A share holder raised his hand and asked that Pat click back to it, and RP said something like, "no that was a mistake."

Ya, OK...it may very well have been a good acting job and orchestrated by RP or another BOD member, to juice up the audience, but I don't see why it matters either way.

A little dog and pony at a SHM is expected by me, as I have been to I think 4 now for EDIG? Some salesmenship and even a little hype goes on at every SHM I've ever attended or seen in the media, or listened to via webcasts.

Accident or not, it does not imply where I sit, to be deceiptful by EDIG management, nor do I think that is what you meant.
