EDIG is near the tail end of two legal cases, SAMSUNG and digecor. They have expert and seperate legal representation on both cases. They also are a reporting public company that issues 10Qs regularly.

They consult their legal teams as to what is appropriate to disclose and when it is time to do so.

While they work on critical issues that will effect the business of the company, it behooves them to follow the advise of their legal counsel.

All will be disclosed eventually.
