The ruling as you say took place on March 13, 2009. We have had no indication of a PACER showing that a timely NOTICE OF APPEAL was filed by BOW and his lawyers...
They had 30 days from Marxch 13 to do it. Today is May 12, 2009...
The "filing" of the NOTICE is "JURISDICTIONAL" and by not filing it they loose their cahnce at appealing all issues decided on March 13, 2009 decision PERIOD...
