littlechance to go further higher court into appeal process but again we have
to wait for final judgement. The disturbing factor is this legal representative in his website claimed he Prepare and prosecute patent applications on an in-flight entertainment system for digEcor that may related to our IP .
Except for monetary loss for battery issues it is so important to win this case in all other issues once for all.
