The only thing I come away with....lawyers are as much in the dark as the rest of us.....and the statutes of differing states rule contracts.....pick your state and understand its statutes before signing contracts....lol
An initial clause of non compete within a Non Disclosure Agreement(NDA) is not recognized in the state of CA. where, an encompassing supersede clause of a subsequent formal contract to do business is not recognized in the state of CA....as well.
Other than that, the rest of the suite is nonsense.
