I hope that after this mess is over, e.Digital has a footing that will not require them to have to get mixed up in contracts such as the DRM agreement.
The whole arrangement was, if you do this for us for 25K(give us your tech), we will give you a 1200 unit order.
The only thing I want to see, Wencor gets that .avi format stuck where the sun doesn't shine with an already existing application, @ e.Digitals discretion, and we get paid the 25k for it.
If they're not up to that, realizing an existing application is not worth 25K.....you go your way and e.Digital goes theirs.
BOW take note....we're now selling minimum arrangements of tech for 60 to 80 times your offer.
