"Corporate debt is a big hole that only grows and in the end the company just slides into it and fails. In summary be careful of investing in companies where bottom line profitability is not the main focus of the management team, but growth at all costs."
First off, get the debt structures straight you are commenting about. All debt taken on, with regard to e.Digital, has been private placements, where the private entities know the risks involved and are gambling on the companies success in carrying it.
For what you state above, get ready for the next issue involving corporate non private debt offerings issued for corporate America in general.
"debt is a big hole that only grows" boy have you got that right and we're all going to find out how big that hole is......first up GM and Chrysler where the only ones that will know will be the bond holders....everyone else will be oblivious to it.
They're so scared of this issue now, that the FDIC is selectively backing bond holders of corporate America without the US citizens even being aware of it.....and I would say GM or Chrysler bond holders are not considered in the selection.
