"This has been a waste of time. It has been very non-productive for both sides."
The legal expense alone "has been significant" and "that has been a major issue for both sides", [Heckel] says. "We've tried settling this multiple times to avoid getting into this expense."
The company remains productive, and is eyeing further expansion. But Heckle believes that, "had this [case] not been an issue that we had to deal with, we would have been even more successful".
So how did it all come down to this?

Ask the 'idiop' how it all came down to this lady. He started it all, and EDIG is three weeks away from finishing it. And since the Court stated it will entertain a motion by EDIG for summary judgment in its favor on digEcor's claim of breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, and EDIG filed that motion on 7 April, I certainly think that will be ruled on in EDIG's favor. Given Heckle's last statement about trying to get an emotional win, I think digEcor sees the writing on the wall and will either settle or lose big at trial.
HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!
P.S. Just noticed the whole board is a Hub Leader! LOL
