You are right about having those little facts on your side. EDIG may have made some bad choices way back when, but Wencor was duped by Boyer and that is not EDIG's problem.

IMO, this legal continues to hurt on going biz, but it will not be an earth shakin' event when it plays out, either way. At end is what I want to see. Putting Wencor in our rear view mirror is worth it. Again, all IMO.
