You have been right on target with your assessment of the board getting out of control. The boot was applied, as it should have been, but due to LL's long history with EDIG he was given another chance.

I think it was appropriate and shows Agora and pro-EDIG shareholders are on top of things, yet have a heart. Should things revert to a negative shower again we will need your voice, along with all EDIG shareholders to restore order to the board as needed.
