Thank you all for your posts, your patience and your discerning views regarding the situation over the past weekend.

Based on your feedback, we have lifted the ban on the profile of the user LawyerLong; LawyerLong if you are viewing this message please check your inbox for your login details.

In addition, we would like to personally apologize to you for the inconvenience we have caused you and take sole responsibility for this action. This predicament has been a lesson to us and will work hard on training all our admins to consider all angles to avoid similar instances in the future.

Once again we are sorry for the arousal of the situation.

A few things we would like to note:

DISCHINO's post on Sunday. For those of you have not read it please proceed here. We believe that the user has truely captured the essence of this predicament and quite possibly provides the most level headed assesment of this situation. Please rest assured that we have bookmarked this and will be circulating the post internally.

All of your messages: Those which arrived by the dozens if not hundreds over the weekend covering all sides of the equation. We are presently compiling them into a word document and would like to share it with all of you. If anyone would not like a message sent to our General Inbox regarding LawyerLong over the weekend, please let us know so we may keep it out of the master/post it anonimously.

Respect of eachother; this virtue should be held in the highest regards. We understand that a board of this size will have more than a handfull of approaches to news, company developments et al, however no matter what your opinion is, please refrain from posts as follows: While we can appreciate mguru's frustration, there's no reason to go on witch hunts. As a matter of fact when one presents you an argument, you will find more respect from your peers if find intuitive ways to counter ones opposing opinion. In our experience naked denials often fall on deaf ears.

With that said we would once again like to personally apologize to LawyerLong and would be grateful if he returns to this forum. Your participation is a privelege to a sizeable majority of this board and we are eager to see you posting again.

Lastly if any issues do arise amongst shareholders, please contact AGORACOM immediately. While we understand that after hour or weekend support may be a little patchy, an admin WILL step in and provide assistance.
