As I posted previously, Fred Falk filed this form-
INITIAL STATEMENT OF BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP OF SECURITIES
for the sole reason that he, or any person appointed to any company as an officer or as a member of the board of directors, is required by the SEC to file notice of any form of ownership or ties to the company in the shape of shares or possible future ownership in the form of options granted.
He (fred falk) did not do the filing now, at this point in time, for any other reason than that he was required by securities law to do so.
If the share price on 7/11/2009 is below $ 0.23, he certainly would not exercise the options!
As much as I like rose colored glasses, and I might add that I own over 300,00 shares so I really want positive things to happen, this filing is NOT postive or negative.
It is just a filing required by SEC REGULATIONS!
If you refer to one of my previous posts where I provided a link to similar filings for Canandaigua National Bank, a company with a lot more insider buying and hence alot more beneficial ownership filings, you will see what I mean.
Please stop trying to spin this into something it is not.
