We have no question about FRED'S tenure as CEO from July 1998 to July 2004.

After he was appointed as CEO again on January 21, 2009, he then filed the papers about the 400,000 shares that were given to him in July 2004...

I surmise those shares were given to him as a "Severance Pay" when he quit being CEO...

During the period of July 2004 to January 21, 2009 he was titled SENIOR VP, yada, yada... Just like RP...

I could not find if during said period he was on the BOARD?...Becase, is he was, then he was obliged to file the forms which he did not...

From what you posted he had taken care of the shares that expied earlier.

The ones at issue expire on 7/09 and he DID NOT file anything as to them until January of 2009...

The only relevan question is did he decide to do the filing NOW to buy these thing at $.23 was influence by the "Settlments" that have been known to us in the past two weeks?...

All I am saying such knowledge would be a factor in his decision to excercise the purchse before they expire on 7/1/2009, at the $.23 CENT LEVEL...

Either way you read this it is a "Poisitve" as sman aptly observed...
