but...it has not even been a year since the group of 7 infringers were lit up and the Vivitar hold up is a result of their bankruptcy, not anything related to the case.

So I'd venture to say this last 9 months of results have happened rather quickly since DM took action and this coming year looks to do even better.

However, sitting here daily, waiting in anticipation of all these good things happening does make the process appear prolonged...especially after 10 years since the last hoo-haw.
