How do you come to that conclusion? A ten year time frame could result from a protracted court case yielding a large jury award.
Settlement cases could begin to range in the $10 million range not requiring as many cases per year to show growth, Q over Q.
With over 184 infringers still out there, this translates into a business plan over time. And should settlement amounts range all over the spectrum that could make a long term plan very attractive.
To think we will wing all 184 in three to five years is quite an ambitious perspective. Bring it on if they can but I like that they have so many infringers to keep the cash flow over time as opposed to being a one shot wonder over in a Flash....pardon the pun.
