I don't disagree with the bulk of your statement, however your stance in Dec of '07 regarding the effect of settlments on the pps was quite different, but you're allowed to alter your view with time....in fact, one has to as things evolve.

I see EDIG going higher than your projections because even with settlements in the current range the company will be impacted quite positively to the bottom line.

But there remains the possibility (Tier 2 cases) that subsequent settlements or jury verdicts could yield substantially higher settlements than our first documented case.

It is way too soon to assume that all settlements will be at the same level with the LG deal....but even at that, it is a sizeable amount.
