IMO, with limitations. The only allowance, that e.Digital could legitimately allow with one of these early settlement/purchases, is removable audio only. If they get a Markman that broadens the scope of there tech beyond audio....tier 2 starts.

The consensus of the board seems to follow your assumptions, until the verbiage of the pr's get written in the same fashion, I'm following my gut feeling. I see a difference in the way the pr's are written, Casio is free as a bird, where LG is questionable.
