Wow you are good, I just snatched the date off the PR forgetting there was no mention of who it was that settled. That is where I confused my self.

With regard to the FlashR question... I'm only going by how the PR's differ..

1stPR.. "has purchased the first license for its Flash-R™ patent portfolio."

2nd PR.."Casio obtained a license and release on all e.Digital foreign and domestic patent rights, including the Company’s Flash-R™ patent portfolio,"

There seems to be two separate considerations for some reason.

The 10Q should spell it out, for now there's mystifying consideration of how tier 1 and 2 fit in the scheme of things.
