No, only one Form 10Q is due in the next 90-120 days. It is the FY09 3rd quarter Form 10Q for 1 Oct 08 - 31 Dec 08 and is due around 15 Feb 09. Because the current 4th quarter (1 Jan 09 - 31 Mar 09) ends their fiscal year for 2009, it requires a Form 10K which is due the end of Jun 09.

I look forward to seeing who the next list of defendants DM/EDIG file against almost as much as hearing about the next settlement from the current defendants. With 3 settlements in the last 3 months, I think there is a very good chance both will occur before 31 Mar 09. It's the INFRINGER DOMINO EFFECT happening before our very eyes! LOL
