As the company has previously stated, and reiterated to those who attended the ASM the "current" plan is for "one time only" settlement dollars from what's being called tier one cases (See Silver Surfers downloads from Pacer). As to whether this will change in the future, or if the strategy will be different for tier two cases time will tell.
