I've been thinking about the last 2 announcements regarding settlements and licenses. eDig will be getting a lump sum amount from the companies they are settling with- but what about additional monies from the ongoing licensing? How does this work? Will they get additional monies quarterly on top of the lump sum payments for their patents? And how long will that be for? until the expiration of the patents?
