Yes, in November EDIG and Casio informed the Court they had reached a settlement agreement but were finalizing things. They asked the Court to dismiss Casio from all filing requirements (a partial stay) to save legal fees and gave themselves a suspense of around the end of December. Today they jointly filed the official motion asking to dismiss Casio from the lawsuit. I expect tomorrow we'll see the court order granting their motion.
