Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation (“e.Digital”) and Defendant Casio America, Inc. (“Casio”) have settled their dispute and they hereby move, through their undersigned counsel, for an order that Plaintiff e.Digital Corporation’s claims for relief against Casio America, Inc. in the abovestyled action and Casio America, Inc.’s counterclaims in the above-styled action be dismissed with prejudice.
