You know, digEcor actually has already made a concession of sorts by filing Doc 294 which withdrew their request to quash EDIG's subpoenas and depositions of DeCuir, Triad and Wolf Electronix. And now in Doc 308, EDIG has withdrew counterclaims 2, 3 and 4 of Doc 78 all of which have to do with EDIG's accusation that digEcor either used or disemminated EDIG's confidential information and trade secrets to those same companies.
Coincidental? Or negotiating?
