Makes perfect sense to me.

I also believe that with Boyer's buddy testimony against him, and our new-found settlements with a reputable firm suporting us, that the extention given to examine their XT will play a big factor in them coming to an agreement now.

I don't see him paying damages or becoming a customer; he'll want to partner again and we'll say heck-no and go to trial.

hope i'm wrong - the right terms and a partnership would float
