They will as soon as they get the court proceedings finalized.

The pacer filing noted Dec 31st as the last day they have...so a Christmas present looks like it's being delivered....about 1 month...or possibly sooner...as I doubt anyone will be working the last week in December.

We might see a year end rally due to the announcement and the end of any tax loss selling that might occur.

What I'd really like to see is the next round of filings...before the end of the year.....and maybe one more settement to really get us rockin'.
