We don't have the details of the agreement, did it cover one patent with the others used in the cross licensing or not?

The only thing we think we know is that the settlement was a discounted agreement being the first of the eight filed so far.

As far as two separate issues, nuisance, doscount, or whatever, it's all speculation until and if we ever see the dtails in the official agreement.

We do know that we received some needed cash, how much we are not sure as edig likes to hide data from their shareholders, and we are excited that a second settlement is in the works.

It would be great if edig would be more specific with the information related to the second and fut ure settlements.

I believe the market should have access to the data, which may entice the investment community to participate in this opportunity.
