They have stated there is a tier one and tier two strategy. It appears tier one is on track.

Funny how a few months ago many didn't expect much until 2010 and now they are subtly dissing the first quick settlements as not important enough to have an impact on the pps.

If EDIG goes profitable on a handful of settlement and continues on that path, the pps will likely follow...a very reasonable expectation, imo.
