Considering the odds of a lot more important people than us know non-public information (highly likely), I'm not suprised the settlement failed to get hit out of the park as some wished. The stock has been trading with the news baked-in.

If we would have held .18 to .25 range, I was hopeful the number would have been 5-10million range. The good news, the strength of today's share price validates more to come - and the story is unfolding.
