"Systems and methods for providing a user-definable multimedia or digital library are disclosed."

e.Digital does not define a library.

When data is written(created), any data, the multiple segments of a file can be placed anywhere, in unrelated areas of any array. With that, they have the ability to read back sequentially the segments for an ordered file. They can do this contiguously or non contiguously or mixed.

In doing so, there are NO directive structures to read back sequentially all the segments of a file.

Sandisk is now spouting, in similar fashion, their ability in doing so.

To me, this is yet another validation of what e.Digital is capable of utilizing their patented methods.
