I haven`t been around for a while and I come back to read all this garbage about EDig being booted out of the Embedded DigElayer.....Who in the heck has enough sway to create the faint hearts I am reading now??? APS came to EDig to create the DP. EDig did and has binding, legal, contracts with APS for all the tech inside, therefore also with WEncor who bought APS. Are all you pu..ies out there saying to me, not a techie,that Wencor is dumping EDig in favor of Linux to make the Embedded DP. Come on, use your heads. Why would a smart outfit like Wencor change horsesnow? They bought APS because they saw the potential in that product and it was created and made by EDIgital. Poway, CA. who probably has contracts covering any devices or deritives based on the DP being created and used by APS therefore Wencor.

Any lawyers out here we know and trust care to comment on what lawsuits EDig would have against Wencor if that were true and tell me how much THAT would cost Wencor if it were to happen.
