We don't know for sure but it appears a settlement is close.So let's assume we get a settlement before Oct 29.

Correct me if I'm worng but the financials should be coming out by Nov 14 which should have additional revenues from the LG agreement.

A couple more settlements announcement by the end of Dec would probably mean a pretty damn nice Christmas for all here.
