I would expect stronger language they if they we're close to "done" like, we're in the process of finalizing a settlement, not the uncertainty of "attempting" to reach settlement. This just looks like just a "procederal" issue to me as they have expressed they've been in many "pre-settlement" meetings to convince these parties they're infringers. mguru
