Whats this about Santa Clause?

What will be the impact on PPS of settlements? Very positive

· Why would EDIG be any different from PTSC or the many other companies who have won settlements or litigation with no impact on PPS?

The size and scope of the markets involved

· What are you doing to insure that a similar fate does not befall EDIG? See last answer

· Any predictions re Q over Q growth projections for the next 2-3 years? At this point is is to early to tell

· Info other than numbers of settlements or hundreds of millions of dollars of settlements is appreciated.

At the current time it would be a bad business decision to disclose settlement expectations while they are in negotiations with infringers.

· Why do you think hundreds of millions of dollars of settlements (see caveat and calculations above) is relevant to anyone other than those who are part of the EDIG business proper when similar settlements did not help PTSC shareholders in any way?

How the market reacts remains to be seen, but the size and scope of the markets involved dwarf PTSC
