LG would settle so early in the game and who might be next. I have to come to the conclusion, and this is strictly opinion and supposition, that the first few settlements will most likely come from companies that manufacture cell phones. The market for advanced technology phones is still hot even though the rest of the economy is not. It seems cell phones are simply something no one can do without. My guess is DM made it clear that injunctive relief will be requested if companies continue to fight. The competitive nature of the phone market would put any company who was shut down by injunction to be a big loser. Again, just a wild guess and based on no facts or info.
