Ok, if he said that at the SHM, I'll accept that as you have heard it.

I don't doubt that DM is controlling the process, but normally, when a "proposal" (settlement) is offered, it is forwarded to the client for approval... otherwise there would be no need to communicate a 'proposal', the attorney could just settle on behalf of the client.

Having been through a process like this, I know that my attorney 'recommended' I accept the 'proposal'.... but he could not go forward without my approval.

If RP later told DM to go ahead and accept the best offer DM thought they could get without any report to RP, then it would appear that RP has enough trust in DM as well.

Hopefully bith RP and DM will do what is needed for the rest of us to see a SIGNIFICANT return on our investments.

How they get us there, is up to them..... and my money's behind them.
