DM is on contingency

DM CONTROLS EVERY FACTOR OF THESE LAWSUITS. It does not ask for any direction from EDig as to how to proceed or what settlement to ask for.

DM would not be on contingency unless they were just about 100% positive they could and would win these lawsuits

DM is anticipating very, very, BIG BUCKS

DM would not settle with one of the largest targeted infringers, (a BILLION dollar company) for $1,000,000 or any where close to that figure.

DM would not give LG a "discount" to be an early settler to the point that it would affect their reputation as a hard nose law firm.

DM has to promulgate that image or the next "infringement" settler will sense the weakness in negotiating.

DM will approach the next "settler" coming from a much firmer base of having settled with a billion dollar world wide company WHO ADMITTED USING EDIG'S PATENTED IP WITHOUT PERMISSION.

DM WILL NOT cut any slack to the next infringer.

DM will settle with the next infringer within the next two months. (guesstimate)

DM will be on a roll when the 2nd settlement occurs.

DM will then settle with "MULTIPLE" infringers quickly.

DM will now be operating from a rock solid concrete foundation to file infringement lawsuits against the remaining 174 identified infringers. (or a portion thereof)

DM will have no trouble with those additional infringers, in fact some, if not most, will wish to settle quickly after examing the settlements of the previous 7 or 8.

DM should anticipate problems or prolonged legalities ONLY with those SUPER large infringers who will spend whatever it takes to obfuscate their infringement of EDig patented IP

DM WILL WIN OR SETTLE IN THEIR FAVOR, EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE CASES AND BECOME A VERY, VERY RICH LAW FIRM

DM will make EDig a very rich and successful company.

AND THAT WILL MEAN I WILL BE HAVING MY "FIRST AND LAST ANNUAL POWERED BY EDIGITAL GOLF TOURNEY AND CLAM BAKE"

BECAUSE I WILL BE RICH, VERY RICH.....
