While no one knows the actual settlement number yet, I would venture a guess that LG would feel fortunate to get off the hook for billions of dollars of products for $10 or $20 million...a drop in the bucket..especially if DM walked in the door with a $150 million initial offering...

Just a guess but these companies dealing in the billions would consider a $20 million flash patent suit a drop in the bucket and money well spent...jmho.
