Message: Any objective facts about the LG settlement?

Is there any actual evidence to support your conclusion????

I cannot believe a statement like yours is still being bandied about.

No offense but EDig long time supporters as yourself have been driven into a negative mind set and will not give credence to any positive news, in fact you chose to believe the "glass is half empty"

I think all of you out there with that mindset should start realizing what we have been waiting for, anticipating, is now at hand. It's time to start believing the reason you invested in EDig in the first place in now ongoing...(with the exception of one or two legal beagles)

AS RP stated a "Major electronics manufacturer" has settled. We now know that company to be LG Electronics, "a billion, that's with a B, company"

I ask you, as I have asked many times in many posts recently, DO YOU HONESTLY THINK DM/EDIG would let a major target like LG off the hook for NOTHING?

This is one of the "BIGGIES" that has been targeted. Even given the first "settler" discount, if there was one, it stretches credualty to think DM/EDIG would let them off for "nothing or next to nothing"

Not only would that show "utter weakness" in dealing with DM but would DEFINITELY SET THE TONE FOR THE NEXT SETTLEMENT WITH A LARGE INFRINGER.

I ask again, of any of you smart people on this board, if you were Nokia and was in negotiations with DM to settle and knew that LG had settled for next to nothing, or as you put it NOTHING, what would be your mind set. (jump right in with a settlement for 50 million, 20 million??) Or tell DM to lump it and you will pay what LG paid???

RP was talking of companies that did 100 billion, that's with a B, worth of business. Just how in the hell do you expect the ongoing lawsuits to generate ANY monies to EDIG if we settle for next to nothing, relatively speaking....
