Frank, some info to ponder

I think you misunderstood RP at the SHM as to the size of the companies. The following data is the latest info from Fortunes 500, ranked by revenue.

US Corporations, you have to get to number 50 before you start seeing companies that would be involved in the lawsuits. Only 10 are above 100 million

Revenues are in millions, thus Wal-Mart = 351 billion.
