Congrats to all Ediggers! This is good news.

Interesting that what many of us have learned from a "PTSC experience" is valuable in watching EDIG, and PPS reaction.

Blind to the numbers = little market reaction.

I will make one observation. I've read that EDIG does not plan to issue an 8K for this event. Since they would have to, if the event were "material", one could conclude that the dollars involved may not be all that significant. They skate on the "just another licensee" material aspect, having licensed the tech before (thus not a unique, not business as usual event). But if the dollars were huge, THAT IMO would be significant enough to demand disclosure (though there is confidentiality in play).
