Considering that some here didn't expect the Markman hearing until 2010 and thusly no settlements likely until then,(expert opinions et al), I'd say that not only is a settlement at this time amazingly positive but that tagging a company the size of LG, quite impressive.

Why shouldn't it raise the pps when investors continue to grasp that this is real and that 180 times a small number can equal a big number...and possibly there might even be some speculation that the number could be medium or rather large, making an buy at .12 quite the investment, especially in this economic climate when many just got whacked and are looking for a way back, fast.

But then, maybe DM settled for a cup of tea and some crumpets.

You just never know....but didn't someone say more settlements can be expected SOON ?
