could the cross licensing clause adjusted the $$$ amount of the

settlement. eg. 5 million dollar agreement but with the cross

licensing clause we'll take 3 million, and if so will this be

considered a 5 million dollar settlement when other companies

become aware of the settlement amount. Or something like that I
