Only in that if we are to discuss what we do not know, it is also prudent to discuss what we do know.
I agree that there are still many unknowns...but what a great discussion to be having...which infringing company is next, who settled, how much.
We are in a good place with this company right now...only the pps is lagging as opposed to be trading on anticipated results.
Looking for a reversal of that position as those facts roll in.
