Has this always been the case? I believe some fo the 'P' company early filings did not disclose the name of the mean ole copy cat, but I'm not certain. I hope you are correct since we KNOW it is not Vivitar, it must be one of the TX7. Sony makes sense, so does Samsung, but we will know once filed if they must name names.

Question for the legal eagles:

Does it help DM going forward to have a big name like a Sony with the pobbibility of a smaller dollar amount (first guy discount?)?

My guess is the fact that a large brand caved is the most important part as the dollars can be discussed in terms of the cross license and early adoptor. Make sense?
