(2) The "Settlement" requires a Pacer filing...

(3) The settlement amount and name of party will be part of the pacer filing...

This leads to the logical conclusion that the settlement is with one of the Magnificient Seven members of the DM'S ORIGINAL FILING..

IMO the most likely one is SONY, considering EDIG'S long history of Cross-Licensing with Sony...
