That makes sense. Those of us also into that "P" company know the risk of too high expectations for settlement dollars. There are plenty of mean ole copy cats out there. If we are surprised and the settlement is a lot higher, then great.

For me, it is the simple validation of the patents and DM's work that matters the most today. The pps and the dollars will take care of themselves going forward. This this is where that "P" company and EDIG differ greatly. EDIG has a real business and needs resources to expand. That "P" company is still trying to buy it's way into a real revenue stream.

I really have no idea of DM's timeline, but since the first was much earlier than I thought, maybe the same will be true with the next and next....
