While it would be great if this settlement is huge, my expectations are not high for such. I consider this to be a first step (a great one!) and look forward to when we break in to a jog and then hopefully a full out sprint. From the sounds of it tier one suits are "relatively" easy to prove. It's quite possible that tier two suits will be a much bigger hurdle to jump. But that's the thrill of it. "These are the good old days."
