RP stated quite clearly that other aspects of the patents are definitely in the cross hairs. As we have discussed ad naseum here , low hanging fruit, the easiest source of quick settlements, etc.....I talked to PN afterwords about that and the life of the patents which die 2017. He said there is nothing in the law that says a company can't be sued for patent infringement even if the patent has died as long as that company was infringing during the life of the patent....
